This project was a labor of love that began with the realization then-nascent form of podcasts was perfect for the utility storytelling so important to American Express’ small business focus. There was no brief, so our team had to create demand for the project within the organization through smart concepting and media thinking. The result was “Turning Points,” a six-part series that’s still available on Spotify, Apple, and other platforms years after it debuted.
